We collect account details such as name, email, professional credentials, payment information processed through Stripe, course activity records, and communication preferences.

Information is used for course registration, payment processing, material delivery, certificate issuance, event reminders, support responses, and RACE compliance documentation.

Transactions use SSL/TLS encryption. Stripe provides PCI-DSS-compliant payment processing, Vet On It does not retain credit card data, and personnel access to personal information is restricted.

Stripe processes payments, Zoom delivers live webinars, and email services support course communications. Each provider maintains its own privacy practices.

You may access your data, request corrections, request account deletion, opt out of marketing, and request a portable copy of your information.

Information is retained as needed for service delivery and legal compliance. CE records are retained for a minimum of five years under RACE standards.

Lectures, presentations, handouts, videos, and supplementary materials are protected by copyright and other intellectual-property laws. Reproduction, distribution, modification, or derivative works require written permission.

• Permitted: personal educational viewing, personal notes, and applying knowledge to patient care
• Prohibited: recording or capturing videos, sharing credentials, distributing materials to non-registrants, or commercial use

• Prices are listed in US dollars
• Payment is due at registration
• Stripe processes payments securely
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled

Refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of the live lecture date. Business-day requests received by 2:00 PM ET are processed the same day; refunds generally appear within 3–7 business days.

• Credit is awarded after required course activities are completed
• Certificates are issued automatically by email
• Learners must verify requirements with their licensing authority

Services are provided “as is.” Vet On It strives for accurate, current, evidence-based education but does not warrant error-free content or suitability for a particular purpose. Educational content does not replace professional clinical judgment.

Vet On It CE is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of its services, including loss of data, profits, or goodwill.

Terms may be modified. Material changes will be communicated by email or website notice, and continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.

These terms are governed by United States law. Disputes are resolved under applicable federal and state law.

Paid registrants retain access to the recorded lecture and related course content whether or not they attend live, and may complete the recorded course for CE credit.

Customers may request a refund within 48 hours of the live lecture date.

• Email learn@vetonitce.org with your name and course
• Requests received by 2:00 PM ET on a business day are processed that day; later requests are processed the next business day
• Stripe processes the refund, which typically appears within 3–7 business days depending on the bank

Annual subscribers may request a prorated refund within 30 days of purchase if no webinars have been attended. After 30 days or after attendance, the subscription is non-refundable but remains active through the subscription period.

• Unresolved technical issues preventing live-webinar access qualify for a full refund or future-course credit
• A cancelled course receives an automatic full refund

• Requests submitted more than 48 hours after the live lecture
• Courses where the recording has been accessed and significant progress made
• Subscription renewals not cancelled before the renewal date
